Bothell Multi-Family

Bothell Multi-Family

Project Concept / Explore different massing strategies for the development of multi-family housing for a sloping site in Bothell. The concept studies start with a standard normative strategy of two buildings as objects in the landscape surrounded by parking. The other 3 strategies explore creating smaller buildings that respond to the slope of the site and create and inter-connectivity between building and terrain. These 3 strategies prioritize the spaces created between buildings as much as the buildings themselves.
