Project Concept / Create a 4 story multi-family loft building that responds the context of Capital Hill. Located in the heart of the old automotive corridor of Capital Hill the building aesthetic responds to the industrial/historic nature of surrounding buildings. Although not require the design team chose retain the existing one story brick build to express an architectural tension between old and new.
